Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vedik Spa, we value your time and strive to provide a smooth and relaxing experience. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before booking.


1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the service amount.
  • No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service amount.

2. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment once at least 24 hours before your service time.
  • Last-minute rescheduling (less than 24 hours) is treated as a cancellation and charges may apply.

3. Refund Policy

  • Services once completed are non-refundable.
  • Advance payments or booking deposits are non-refundable, but may be adjusted for future appointments (at spa discretion).
  • If the spa cancels your appointment due to any reason, you will receive a full refund of the prepaid amount.
